    Made and fitted drive shaft loop, swapped head lights out for right hand drive ones new steering coupler fitted, resealed last bolt on left bank on headers due to coolant leak, split pins put in where missing.     It's spot welded on. Mine is converted to floor shift. I drilled out the spot welds came straight off I did also cut it length ways as I didn't remove column from car. Was just touching the headers and always caused the selector to move out of park. Got me a couple a time trying to work out why...

    I have them on my duster not so helpful but just to keep in mind when ordering let them know what type of bushes your going to use as they make the rear shackle bush loops tighter for the use of rubber bushes uposed to. Nolathane which has a slightly larger loop. I worked it out the hard way.

    I did mine recently was all straightforward although mine was already disc to start with if you have to complete kit give it a read good read through of the instructions and I dry fitted everything 1st only loose tho just so I knew I was happy with it before applying loctite.

    sounds like one or the other pulleys is wrong in saying that any machine shop should be able to run either up in a lathe and remove a small amount. maybe from both would be better less material to remove that way also would depend on where the belts sit in the pulleys wouldn't want them to be...

    I'd go with checking the radiator if you have a rusted pump I'd guess with its age there been rust from the block as well good chance of some blockages in the rad. Get someone to remove the end tanks and rod it.

    Testing Fan Clutch

    It should lock up when hot look up viscous clutch testing you'll find all sorts of links and different ideas how to test. Generally it should be hard to stop when clutch is engaged and spin easy when engine is cooler.
