yeah. i've talked to charrlie several times about my build which will be a 170 slant some people frown at the thought of building the baby motor . but i like it short stroke. and uncle tony from tony's garage said it is a perfect engine to build.. kinda figured it was a special grind..lol

don't have the stall yet the engine and trans is the original one in the 69 valiant i have..... engine never has been rebuilt it has 82,000 miles on the car

Got a question guys i plan on building a 170 slant the bore on the 170 is the same as the 198 and 225 so can i use the wiseco racing pistons in the 170 they already have the valve reliefs in the piston for the cam i plan on using which is a 490 lift and a 270 duration thanks guys
