Finished oainting in the stainless trim details today. Man my hands were shaky . Now I've got to paint the wiper blades black and use some panel gap blackened before I clear coat it and polish it. Should have a finished picture in about 2 weeks because of work.

Thats so cool, I've got the Hemi Under Glass version. I can't wait to build it eventually.

Got the base coat of dark silver on. I'll paint the trim soon then hopefully clear coat it in a week or so. Next pics will be the finished car . Question...should I do the hood flat black or leave it body color? I personally like both equally.

After I'm done with this 65' I'll start on this Hemi Under Glass model. I'm hesitant to open it though. But it's so fun and relaxing to build.

Making some progress, I struggled on the white lettering. I guess my eyes aren't as good as they used to be lol.

I picked up this little 1/25 scale 65' Barracuda kit from ebay the other day. Just getting started on it. It's not very detailed doesn't even have and engine or real rubber tires but I'll do my best with it.

I really never planned to sell. But I wanted a newer car and I'll be picking up my father's 1964 Barracuda that I restored for him to do some more work on it and needed to make some room. I already miss my 67.

Finished fish. Sad to say I let her go. She went to a good owner who will pick up where I left off and make her perfect.

Finally got a day off and good weather so I'm getting all the front assembled today. I'll post a finished pic later.

Plan to do that for all the trim except the top peice that runs along trunk, but it's 140$ to replace so maybe I'll try to hets the small dents out of it since they're not too bad then polish it.

Got it home and put into the garage right before it rained . So far I've only installed the rear bumper and trim but now I want to replace the trunk trim because it doesn't look good enough for the fresh paint Lol.

Getting sprayed today! I'm stoked!

Finally finished polishing to grill peices, going to hopefully have the grill all reassembled and ready install by the end of this week.

Finally got the old broken bolts out and new ones installed and re riveted back. Now I will clean everything very good and do some more polishing and painting before final re assembly. I can se the finish line and though it won't be perfect I glad I tackled it and didn't just leave it as is.

I have ended up using oven cleaner and it's working well, im on my last piece before polishing using aluminum wheel polish. Thanks for the suggestion.
