I'm working on a 76 Duster and can't get any power to the key. When I leave the key in the on position for 5 minutes or so the ballast gets real hot and so do the wires next to it. I can make the starter spin by jumping it right at the starter but it won't spin if I jump it on the starter relay...

Thanks, I was kind of guessin' they would but wasn't sure if E-bodies had wider engine bays or not. Both had power steering so the gearbox shouldn't be in the way. Thanks.

I have a pair of Hooker headers from a Challenger and was wondering if anyone knows for sure if they will fit a Duster. They were on a 318 and are going onto a 360,, I think that fit will be o.k.,, right,, but I'm not sure if they will fit into the engine bay when the motor is in. The steering...

I'm not 100% positive, I know my other one I had just had the 2 front and 2 from the rear window to the side window. I could be wrong though.

I need an engine bay wiring harness for a '76 Duster, will any '70-'76 A-body wiring harness work? Will E-body or B-body work? I know where I can get one from a '69 Coronet if it will.

I have recently purchased a used but very clean and nice looking Edelbrock carb and there is no size anywhere on it. If I provide numbers from the carb can anyone tell me anything about it?? The primaries are the same size as the secondaries. I can post pics too if it helps.

Got a 360 for an A-body but need an oil pan. I have 2 360 oil pans but does it need the little indent on the one side in the center just ahead of the sump to help clear the steering bar? I see oil pans on Ebay advertised for 71-80 360's are they all the same? I replaced one for a 318 A-body...

Sorry I couldn't reply sooner, I was gone for a few days. I bought the car for $3000.00. It was a bit high but I do ALL my own work (body, paint, engine,etc...) so I'll save enough in the end to justify the price. Thanks for everyones advice and constructive criticism:thumbrig:

There is no build sheet, he says he'll take $3000.00 without the motor and trans. I looked at it and everything appears to be there. The body is very straight so it won't need much prep work before painting.

Not sure, I didn't see it. What did it look like? He's mentioning something about a cop edition or cop motor or something and said he got his info from "GAVIER" about it being rare and said it was an ordered or special order car that came with cop wheels. In reference to the vacuum leak, I had one once on an old car and what I did was took a can of starting fluid and just give it a mist of spray in a few spots where you think the leak may be and if there is one the engine idle will speed faster. Not sure if you want to do it on your or not...
