Who wants a mopar turbo kit?!?!

Are you testing the Demon's set-up with the Thermoquad in the pic? Or is the T-Quad just for mock-up? Thanks.

Opinions on the BEST A BODY...............

Well... Yeah. 108" wheelbase, then add subframe connectors and your drivetrain combo of choice. Simple, great bracket car recipe just off the stock suspension platform.

    Is valve shrouding a concern in a 318 w/ 2.02 & 1.6 valves

YES valve-shrouding will be an issue. I can't watch this sh*t show any longer... A 2.02 intake valve on a 3.91 (or any over-bore possible there-of, even a 4.04" for goodness sake) cylinder wall with a low-RPM cycle (1200-2200) will SUFFER from lack of velocity with that big of an intake valve...

    Demon truck...

My hope is a tree fell on it and the guy salvaged the ride as best he could... With that being said, "just because you can, doesn't mean you can practice car-abortion"... Or however the saying goes...

    3D printing

Here's a "quick'n'dirty" prosthetic hand my engineering team at school slapped together for the term project last week. It's ABS plastic and was designed in Solidworks. The device is meant for victims of political turmoil in least developed countries that may have lost digits in explosions or...

'70 Duster Revival: Drag Racing Heart | Pro Touring Soul

Really slick car. You nailed the look of the "three" genre's of vehicle you were going for. What brand/size/back-spacing of wheels are those? Never seen them before. They slapped me in the face. I dig em'.

Heat Riser Removal??? ... 68-70 340 HP Manifold

I want to remove the heat riser permanently and plug the hole. If I cut off the little stopper-bar that prevents the counterweight from spinning freely, it appears that I could grab the flapper with channel locks and the counterweight should loosen (using PB or heat) from the shaft, correct...

Heat Riser Removal??? ... 68-70 340 HP Manifold

Looking for info on removing the heat riser from my right-side 340 HP manifold. The more I play with it the more I feel like I'm going to break something and the flapper is going to be a permanent resident in the down tube... There is plenty of advice on buying a replacement heat riser...

Weird metal piece included with the new truetrac diff

That's what it is (it's called a thrust shim spacer or something like that). You need to slide it in the tru trac if you are running axles with adjustable bearings.

    Windage tray or not?

Windage Tray is for keeping the motor happy for the course of its life (performance or stock builds); they're good for any motor, and cheap. I've never heard, seen, or read that they were meant for additional power. I don't see how either.

    pst 1" torsion bars

I can get my front end incredibly low. Like, several inches lower. Pretty sweet considering the car has dual-duty's (daily drive or autocross).

    pst 1" torsion bars

Mine installed like a charm. The ride is much better than my stock bars. I don't feel they ride "hard" at all. The car feels just right for modern driving scenarios (a-hole drivers, avoiding late brake'r KIA's, hitting a turn lane on a yellow light and accelerating through before the police...

Time to add some inexpensive HP

My Performer intake & Eddy 600 combo is perfect for my driver car. Two things: 1) There will be a pin sticking up at the rear intake valley mating surface (in the block) that will need to be pulled out with pliers. The performer intake doesn't have the little hole for the pin to slide...

    Caliper problem

You're going to need the 73 calipers for the 73 eleven-inch rotors. I think because the Cordoba rotor would be 11.75", it would require a thicker caliper. A 14" wheel will fit over the matched 73 disc brake parts.

Who wants a mopar turbo kit?!?!

Just to be clear, along with power steering, your kit (with an intercooler) will work with the stock fan and the location of factory transmission lines going into a factory radiator? If all that is do-able, I will be watching very closely! 500rwhp/ 450rwtq is all I’m really looking for...

    The addiction is back!

I'm addicted, but I've had to learn to walk away from the car. Being a 30-year-old spinal-cord injury survivor (with nerve-damage in my right hand) doesn't give me the stamina I used to have, but I get wildly motivated and can't help but layer-up in the cold, get out there, use my noodle...

How many 1972 340 Dusters in TX9 (black) out there?

It's 1.9% for all 72 Dusters, regardless of engine type. Much less of a % for triple-black, supposedly... :prayer:
