What is your rim size (14x?), and what is the offset, if any? I have 14x7's with 0 offset, and I was wondering if the 225-70-14's would fit OK on my 64 Valiant (w/stock 7 1/4 rear and stock springs/locations). Thanks!

No...this is the boot on the driveshaft on the transmission end. While it is called the universal joint cover, it doesn't actually cover the u-joint. This link is from a '61 Parts Manual, but the part is the same. The "Cover Package" is in the bottom picture...

Those are the names given in the parts manual. I'm not sure what else it may be called. Maybe a dust boot?

I've been looking EVERYWHERE for this cover. The Parts Manual lists the part as a "Cover Package" with a code of 16-07-4. This cross-references to a part under the "Universal Joint Cover" as "Cover Package, Dust" with a part number of 1603 397. I have the old clamps, but I wouldn't say no...

I am looking for a 2-1/4" y-pipe. I currently have a brand new Clifford 2-1/4" x-pipe that I would gladly trade for a like-condition and size y-pipe. I've decided to stay with the single exhaust, so I no longer need the x-pipe.
