No one I know treats the tires, just not effective. If it was, I would do it and there is no reason to hide it.

How big in diameter is it? Printer will print 7.5”x7.5” but will do 9” high. So if it is more than 18” in diameter……or break it up into more mold pieces.

I bought a 3d printer and have printed a bunch of spacers. I limited to what I can hang on the bottom of a 1/4” 4 hole style spacer. Haven’t run them yet, had to change how the top and bottom layers printed to have a better seal, but for $5.00 in PETG plastic and 10 hours of print time.
