Just flat out beautiful ....I will never reach that level of excellence with the 74 sport but I gotta feeling we will both will have fun with them.......More progress this year than past...
TRADED MY ORIGINAL OFF IN 76 IN TEXAS,YESTERDAY I SAW(INTERNET) WHAT I THINK COULD BE MY CAR AT DESERT VALLEY SALVAGE ARIZONA.....MY WIFE WOULD KICK ME OUT AND TELL ME TO SLEEP IN IT ....I WOULD HAVE TO SAY GOODBYE AND TAKE MY PILLOW
built a lifted 2003 tracker for the wife and grand kids for the outer banks beaches they have had a great time with it , kinda put the 74 sport on the side burner......heck got 1200 in just having the heads and intake done either for the bored out 318 or the 360 which i just honed out ,heck 50...
yes , you sure had some cool cars, kinda leaning toward the 360 putting the rebuilt heads and intake from the pursuit with 4 barrel , i am 66 first build if it blows up it will still be cool....
Bought first one new in 74
3 speed on the floor slant 6- 198 cubic inch ...hwy 36 mpg.....Finally tracked down the original color gold ....This one will certainly not get anywhere near 36 mpg ...Wife wants to drive it at Summit Drag Way ,even if she goes 55 mph it will be fun.
Have a 360 from a 78 motor home 2 barrel, also a 1985 318 police pursuit, had it bored .30, had the 360 heads it came with done along with the 4 barrel intake....I believe it should scoot with either , as you know very light,
