all the frontend parts are new.

i jacked up the front end and the wheels dont move at all when the engine is started.

i loosened the adjustment on the box but the steering wheel still doesnt return.

when i turn the steering wheel it doesnt return i recently replaced my steering box but not my pump. I think its the pump but i want to see what everone else thinks before i replace it.

hi i have a 72 duster 318 mild cam aluminum intake edelbrock 600 cfm carb headers and accel points to electronic conversion kit. My egine runs fine and smooth until 4000 rpms then it starts cutting out and stumbling. any ideas?

i pulled my motor and found out that its the guides.there was oil running down the back of the valves so im going to go to the machine shop and have them replaced. how much does that usually cost.

8 1/4 drums have a 2 3/4 center.

i used a 73 duster drums. the 2 1/2 should fit ive never heard of 1 3/4 drums.

you need to get drums for an 8 1/4 axle because they have a bigger center hole. the drums are about $30 each at local parts store.

i built the motor but my friend put the rings on because he had done it before.the motor was bored .030 over so its not taper.

i replaced the intake gaskets again and used the high tack around the ports and it is still burning oil. i took the spark plug out of some of the cylinders and looked in and i could see that there was oil on the pistons.

i have a baffle in the valve covers and took the pcv off to see if it would stop smoking but it didnt.

they are new pistons. i used the black rtv around the ports and no cork ends. the heads were not milled. i cannot figure it out and i need to fast because i am starting school soon.
