Has anyone ever tried to replace beltline weatherstrip (cats wiskers inside and rubber outside) without taking the glass out? Or does glass need to come out of car? looking for some guidance. Thanks

I am looking for a solid left front fender for a 69 Dart GT Minor dents or dings ok. No major rust. trim holes a bonus but not necessary. Please pm me if you have or know of a good source. Thanks
