it really surprises me how many folks drive their old mopars everyday! i tried usin my dart as my dd and within 2 years it broke down more times than i can count and cost me thousands of dollars.... which was probably my fault it was a barn find when i got with only 27k miles and hadnt been...

love the rustoleum, me and a buddy painted his 89 honda crx si with black rustoleum wet sanded buffed and cleared it and it looked amazing to be a cheapo spray job

id thought about tweakin the old slant but i cant find the resources or parts, hell i went through 6 carbs when i got the car just tryin to find one that worked the way it should lol. i just found a 3.9 online thats in my town for 300 bucks so that may end up being what i do lol

not much on fabricating, im really goin for a cheaper setup i guess is why im looking for 6s, really dont have a lot of cash to throw at it so really i can pick up a 6 for a lot cheaper than the new hemi, as far as what im used to working on, eh a little bit of everything ive owned and worked on...

well honestly i really dont wanna shoehorn a v8 and the only suitable 6 i could think of was the t/t 3.0, that way i would have plenty of power plus a bit of sleeper appeal lol, that and i really cant think of any other v6s dodge has used that had a rwd setup other than the 3.9s in the dakotas...

Yea my 70 Dart is named Lazy Jane, for the simple fact shes big and slow and never want to move hence the lazy and the jane, well she looked like a jane to me so what the hell lol

yup it worked i picked up a repair manual and checked what wires do what, and took your advice and it worked =D i took out the cigarette lighter and put my button in the hole so its pretty much hidden unless you open the ashtray lol.........Many thanks for the help!

im havin issues with wiring up a push button start in my 70 Dodge Dart with the slant 6, id like to wire it up to where you have to have the key to actually turn on the ignition and then push the button to start the car.... but i cant quite figure out how to do it. Can anyone help me with this...

Thanks guys the only prob ive tried the holley II and the 1920 and neither lets the car run right im really lookin for a good old carter that i can rebuild thats what originally came off of the car

Im in desperate need of a 1 bbl carb for the 198 /6 ive looked everywhere for one and noone can order them if anyone has any ideas on where to find one or if anyone has one layin around they would like to sell let me kno any info is appreciated

Could someone help me???? im lookin for a couple dart fender emblems, front and rear bumpers, taillight lenses, and a grille.... all for a 70 dart... the only things ive found are outrageous as far as price goes... any help would be appreciated , thanx :angry4:
