Junior is back out in the wild again. Yesterday was the first good run on it since the changes. On the freeway it ran very smooth with the new rubber. And seeing out a nice crack free windshield was a treat.

The top is original and very nice, no rust just chipped up paint making it look rough. The base hase been modified solid job to fit a 5 1/8 4bbl, it fits my Quickfuel carb. A K/N is included #A100A12 like new Filter fits ok and will work but I don't think correct # since it sits tall. $60 +...

OK windshield snow ball project is complete and I even wrestled with the super fun little corner trim pieces that tested my patience, I think I could rebuild a complete 8 3/4 differential in the time I spent on the trim. but it is all good I love it.

I got the front glass in today. I see why they recommend two people for this job. I did it by myself and I am wore out. But end result is it went well. Just need to finish lock striping on sides and corner pieces.

Saw this one at a local show here, first show of the year. Felt good to drive a hot rod to the show. Nice weather. Wanted to share.

Have you tried mineral spirits before? I was reading manual and it says spirits only. I wonder why? I think they might be relating to the lock strip install part as mine is `67.

Put down a coat of Chassis Saver since we had some signs of surface rust from rear window seal leaking. Good solid metal at least.

Inner rear fender well finds.

Nothing too exciting to show but I sealed up the vinyl top staple holes with chassis saver. I think I ready to go pick up the windshield and get it in.

I spayed the dash with some texture paint to doll it up a bit more while apart.

I filled the canyon just to see how it would turn out. Glue still wet. New dash pad out of the budget for now so its fun to see what I can do. I'm not restoring for now just want to have fun
