Had to try to remember, it has been 10 years. As I recall the issue was the x-manifold bolt with helicoil. Wasn't sealing tight. I did swap in the 340. Not because of that issue, but because - it's a 340!

Hello everyone, my 2013 5.7 block needed bored .040 to clean it up (sat too long with moisture before I got it). Basically got the block for free due to its condition. I'm assuming that if they make pistons that size the block is able to handle that bore. Any concerns with going that big?
