    Thanks for the schematics,I disconnected the flasher,, no change,disconnected Voltage regulater no change,, the amp gauge does not move at all when the indicator pulses,I havn't checked the voltage limiter yet, if I disconnect the plug for the front lights(left block under hood) problem goes...

    I dont think it was locked out on purpose,it was all corroded and its quite crusty inside,its not timed with any real advance,,well its at 8btdc,I wont be going to the mopar nationals,If I would have know about it sooner it would have been a possibility
