The rivets are wrong but all the body numbers match. I am going conclude that the dash was swapped at some point. Next question, does anyone have a rallye dash frame frame for sale? Thanks for the help, Steve

Its a VS29 vin. Fender tag looks right also and matches the vin. I thought I was getting a good deal and somehow overlooked the dash. I do lean more toward someone removing the original rallye dash. Thanks, Steve

I was told that the comp cams with a part number ending in a 9 are billet steel and require a bronze distributor gear. As far as I could find MP is the only bronze dist gear for a small block out there and guess what its expensive. Like $120.

Yes, I am running a stroker (408). I used the Eagle SIR I beam rods. They have the arp cap bolts. These give a little more clearance. Didn't need to notch the block at all. Steve

I am using one on my 408. I haven't fired the engine yet but it is in the car. It fits very nicely, no k member clearance issues. I have tti headers installed with no clearance issues either. Kevco sells a nice oil pickup tube for this pan that bolts to the #3 main cap bolt.
