I didn’t mind the core charge when I bought a door and fender...Having a place to dump the old door and fender and getting a little money back was a bonus. But I agree, the core charge is something they expect to keep.

Last year I added a fiberglass scoop to a metal hood with pop rivets about every 2 1/2” then used Bondo to mould it in. The rivets aren’t perfectly lined up because I tried to hide them on the bottom side of the hood. Used this method back in the 80’s on a different hood and it held up great...

Yes, my local (Sunnyvale, CA) Macco does body work...they offer 3 levels of paint. 1 year, 3 year, and 5 year warranty. I got an online quote to paint my ‘71 Dart with no body work and the 1 year warranty was $900-$1500.

I want to install a cast iron manifold with big ports on to a 1984 318 with small ports. Should I use the small port gaskets or big port gaskets? And what’s the best gasket to use? The 318 is all stock. Thanks FABO.

That’s about the best you can get with stock control arm. I believe you can get up into the 7.0 caster with aftermarket control arms

That’s how I installed mine and got 3.6 caster.
