So crawling under the trans pan does match that of a 727, the start of the serial number is “PK” and attached is a photo showing the Center of the rear wheel off the front of the wheel well

1 3/4” exposed and almost 3” from the tail shaft. I looked through the documentation I got with the car and the driveshaft was shortened in 2016 to “measurements given by owner” the owner in question was the gentleman who I bought the car from who did the driveline conversion from /6 to 360/727...

I measured its showing 1 3/4” of yoke, not to familiar with these to know if that is adequate or not

Thanks for all the measurements! The front spring bolt mount (under the back seat) is 2” to Center off the frame, so that’s pretty darn close to factory! Looks like I just need to clean up the shackle mounts and it’ll be rolling how it should have been in the first place

Yep I think the rear mount US Cartool kit is going to be on order soon to fix this mess! The front looks done way better than the rear on both sides, almost like they spent all the time up front and rushed the back pretty bad Would be nice to confirm the front location bolt with a couple...

From reading around it sounds like this factory hole is used and modified slightly to become the new hanger mount? Does that sound right?

Looks killer! Good idea with the board on the bottom! I wanted the smooth look of Drywall but like you it’s just not durable enough, I settled for osb but it’s not as clean looking as I would have hoped, but it definitely will not be easy to put a hole in it!!

Hi Murray, I do agree with the open cabinet idea as well, however doing a lot of woodworking out of the garage it is nice to have some storage kept “cleaner” I will have open shelves as well, and being these cabinets are full 5/8” gables to the floor and 1 1/2” plywood top I wouldn’t be afraid...

Yea it posted the photos in a wierd order, first pic and third are the same wall of cabinets, with bar top down and up, hopefully going to get a custom sink made to fill the hole in the middle and the cabinet on the back wall at a different height than all the others hides the garage sub panel...
