    Well another FML moment

This reminds me of an internet date I had, got to the bar area of the restaurant and she was sitting behind the high top table facing me. She was gorgeous looking with a nice chest. Only when she got up to get seated did the bubble butt that was HUGE show itself! Lesson being, always get a...

TO DROP OR NOT TO DROP

I used the complete front and rear RMS system and dropped it about 2/3 of the way. It is a different handling car now for sure but that was what I was looking for. I still love a 60’s rake though.

    2004R in 1964 A body

Yes it’s a 360 magnum with a 4” stroke. Here is a picture of the way mine turned out. Had to modify the US CarTool mount and crossmember a lot to make it fit. Did anyone else have to use spacers between the flex plate and converter? I ended up having about 3/32 worth.

64 Cuda steering column shaft grounding

Thanks, that sounds like a good solution. Maybe I can butcher up an old power tool for it’s brush and holder.

64 Cuda steering column shaft grounding

After putting the rack & pinion steering in I don’t have a ground on the steering shaft. In turn the horns won’t work. From what I can tell the stock setup grounded through the coupling and box. Anyone know of an easy way to ground the shaft? I hate the thought of using an aftermarket horn button.

    2004R in 1964 A body

I got the transmission last week but still waiting on the engine which is supposed to ship next Friday. As soon as everything is ready to mock up the games will begin. I will be sure and post the progress. Have to give Extreme Automatics a good word, they were extremely helpful with super fast...

the beginning, frame connectors welded in and suspension trial fitted. Engine should be here by September 1st Update 2/5: Finally getting close, nothing goes easy on an early a body. Took a lot of work getting the 2004R mount in but it came out great. Getting the headers and starter to play...

    2004R in 1964 A body

That is what I was thinking and hoping someone had done it on an early A body. The us car tool frame connectors have been installed and welded to the floor pan for strength.

    2004R in 1964 A body

I have tried searching and can't seem to find any information. I am putting a 408 in my 64 Barracuda with a Reilly front and rear suspension kit. I would like to use a 200R4 from Extreme Automatics. US Car Tools sells the cross member kit for later A bodies but not early. Has anyone done this...

    New member in Mass

I recently picked up a 64 Barracuda in great shape with 35k miles. It has a 273 auto and very well optioned. I am hoping to change out the 273 for more power and set it up to handle well. Hoping most of the answers to my questions can be found searching around the site but I'm sure I will be...
