Roller rockers and Commando valve covers

What thickness spacer worked for you? What gaskets did you find worked well with the spacers? I'm not opposed to using the spacers but I no experience with them.

Roller rockers and Commando valve covers

I have Commando valve covers on my 340 and when I built the motor I just put regular stamped rockers on it. I originally wanted to put Comp Pro Magnum roller rocker arms on it but didn't have the cash at the time. Two questions.....will these rockers work with the Commando valve covers? Are...

    Panel bond question

In my 1991 D150 I would like to put speakers in the lower cab corners behind the seat. For those familiar with using panel bond here is my question......if I create a sheet metal bracket to hold speakers could panel bond hold the brackets in place permanently? I really don't want those ugly...

Looking for good (good) flicks and TV shows not drenched in Social Justice

I've been watching a lot of foreign shows when I get a chance to watch TV. It seems to have more substance and quality. I really liked two shows on Netflix called Hinterland and Bordertown.

    Parts for A/C

If you look at everything available at parts stores they all have what I call a "block style" connection where all of mine are threaded.

    Parts for A/C

Its integrated into the non-A/C under dash housing. My heater core is a non-A/C design. It may be a deal where I just try to find mopar parts from various years that will work without crazy amounts of modification.

    Parts for A/C

I have a 91 Ram and I'm gonna go thru the A/C on it. It needs a compressor for sure which is easy to source but the truck has dealer installed A/C on it and the components are not the same as what would be on a "assembly line" A/C truck. Basically the only component shared is the compressor...

    What is your daily driver?

Surprisingly the guy who owned it before me had some kind of magical powers because my vent windows make zero noise. He said he might have opened them a handful of times. I know all about the match books because I've had a few of these trucks.

    Kixkdown and throttle cable

Sorry I forgot to include this. ACCELERATOR CABLE MOUNTING BRACKET 4 BRL - Bouchillon Performance Engineering I just used my existing throttle cable but used this bracket in combination with the kickdown kit above.

    Kixkdown and throttle cable

BPE TorqueFlite Kickdown Cable Kit - Bouchillon Performance Engineering I like this kit and have used it in the past. I have a reverse manual valve body in my Valiant that CRT did for me that eliminates all that linkage but opinions will vary on whether people like it or not.

    e 85

What would concern me most is the lack of additives in the e85. When e85 is being loaded into a tanker you cannot inject additive into ethanol per the epa. With that being said there is hardly any detergents, lubricity, etc going into it. Lubricity would be my main concern since ethanol dries...

    TTI Shorties in an Early-A?

Call Sanderson and ask for info on the model dd-9 header. I have seen them on a car before and the quality is very nice. I almost bought a set but I switched my 273 out for a 340 and got long tubes.

    Hydraulic cam for slant

So I currently do not own anything with a slant in it but I have had a half ton pickup with one and my Valiant used to have one. I read the slant section because I really enjoy the content.
