Just had my recently purchased Cuda up in a lift in the shop for the first time and noticed that the torque converter is missing its cover. Looking for a cover and the screws/hardware to install it. The car is a 1968 Barracuda 340S with auto trans 727.

Does anyone know what these electrical connectors are called and/or where to buy them? Found an open female connector for the yellow constant wire, but I need a male to hook up to it.

Just an update: I sent the video to Borgeson and they still believe it is the coupler: "That is a known issue with the Bergman coupler. Definitely noise transfer through the column." I'd hate to go through all of the trouble and expense of swapping out the coupler, but I'm not going to be...

I totally agree, I don't understand how the coupler would be the source of this kind of noise. The only answer they'd give me is to use the Borgeson coupler, not a ton of help.

Not a great video, but this will give you an idea Notice how the sound is most pronounced when the when is center, and becomes much quieter (but still there) when the wheel is turned in either direction. It sounds exactly like the air being let out of a tire.

Just an FYI to all of those interested, I got the latest Mopar Muscle magazine yesterday and there is an article in there on installing the Borgeson power steering box & pump in a Dart. Good step-by-step walk through and lots of photos.
