I think I have your pictures saved on Facebook when you installed yours. I ordered a crossmember 1st. Then it all went on sale so I ordered another along with the hemi engine mounts just incase I ever decide to go that route.

Car covers can definitely bruise and scratch the paint if left on outside when it's windy. I've got a couple spots on my duster where the cover has worn through the paint.

In putting a 340 in my dakota now. I just bought them to put them back so if I ever decide to hemi swap it will make it a little easier.

I just recently bought the white box dakota hemi mounts and transmission crossmember. I think they are about to discontinue alot of the mopar swap stuff so they are clearancing then out. Wish they would have done that with the hemi dakota headers before they quit making them.

Normally the white box is the same just no powder coating.

Been working on it on and off for the last year mostly off because I work 6 days a week alot. Would like to get it going this spring but it probably won't happen. Have alot of home projects that need done also and thoes probably won't happen either.

I was cutting it out to fit the promatic 2 shifter so I used the worst top plate set I had just incase I messed it up lol. Ended up turning out good.

I put a promatic 2 in my duster. It was originally a bench seat car. I swapped it to 70 dart buckets and console. I cut down the factory shifter mount and welded a flat plate to the top to bolt down the promatic 2. I removed the factory gear shift area of the console and used the chrome top...

The only option if trying to stay factory is finding a used one in a salvage yard and hope it works.

I've had the gasket under the oil filter plate on the block go bad causing my oil to spray out while driving home from a car cruise. Wasn't a fun night.
