We have good luck gluing one side of the gasket to the pan. No glue on the other side and bolt it up.

We use shipping sting tags on the cars when there is something like this that has to be done

I’m running the Ram 98766 kit behind my 400hp 340, 3.91 25” tire with no issues, but I’m not drag racing nor dead hooking the car all the time. Most of the time when I roast them I over rev and side step the clutch in 1st and floor through the rest of the gears.

We use the turner one to hold the flywheel while torquing the balancer. But there are other style ones

The best would be to pull the cap off, take it to a machine shop and see if they can repair do a thread cert in it. This is not something you want to do with a hand drill…

That looks like the stock spring. What type of clutch you running? You’ll want that if your running a a borg & beck style.

Take a towel and an air hose and stick it in the thermo housing and blow air into the water passage. It will get most out.

Take the drive line to a drive line shop and have them “recondition” it. I.e. putting in new non serviceable u joints, a balance and a paint job. Last one I had done was 150 bucks total
