Buicks don't have torsion bars. I already rebuilt the lower control arms. Just doing the finishing touches. So im gonna ratchet it back to make them line up as suggested on the forum.

Book calls it the brake reaction rod. It connects the lower control arm to a spot on the front frame.

I was going to try that but I was just going off the manual and it said it could be done with the control arm in place. I finally got a reply on the Buick forum and one guy chimed in and said to put a ratchet strap and pull it back. In other sad news I think the Buick might have been...
