Well...yes we installed a left front on my '70 Duster. It was about 1/4" too long. Measured the old fender and the AMD was 1/4" longer. I normally do not purchase aftermarket parts unless there is no other alternative, which it was in this case. Bottom line, glad to get it but do wish it...

Brackets come with the trunk floor from AMD. I would think they sell the brackets separately also.

I need the 4 bolts (2 ea. side) caliper mounting bolts, threads on mine have been damaged. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I love them too. Here's one we purchased new in late '78. Ready for it's 45th birthday. Rolled of the assembly line on 10-27-1978 at 1PM.

Load range G's has worked out well for me thus far. The E's that came on the trailer let go within 2yrs. and probably less than 3k miles.

I'll unselfishly highly recommend their parts. I've bought several parts from them for two previous restorations: A Warlock II, and a Macho (my LRE is a survivor). Welcome to the FABO forum Mr. S. :thumbsup:

The 5th character from the left which is a letter..."S" being the LRE engine. "E" is a 318. "T" is a standard 360. Don't remember the others right off but a /6 is somewhere before the E.

No. Limited info. can be found on the rad. support tag, the metal tag and mylar tag in the driver's door jam. Trucks did have build sheets but its pretty rare to find one that survived. There's also an equipment listing decal on the underhood, but not a very high survivor rate there either.

FWIW Little Red Express trucks can be identified by the vin. Warlock's cannot. Warlock was a trim package for any narrow bed 1/2 ton Dodge truck. A Warlock dash bezel on a narrow bed truck does not necessarily mean it is a Warlock. :eek:

This is what I have used. Remove the black on the outside and polish. These do have the "dimple" for the magnet which is not absolutely correct for 1970 and back but otherwise correct. *Chrysler transmission oil pan 4058997 Chrysler 4058997 | eBay

They have been showing up on e-bay auctions at a rate of about one a month. They appear to have been selling for $400 ish. :realcrazy:

Thanks guys ! A friend here close let go of a set of originals he had gotten out of CA. several years ago for a project that he now feels like he will never get "around to". Wife and I delivered them to northern Ohio yesterday to be put on the car. :thumbsup:
