this is a comp cam and lifter set..royal purple break in oil..20 minute break in....then 10w30 with zddp added...maybe 5 hours on the motor...what is your opinion guys...guess ill have to pull the motor,tear it down,clean it out and rebuild

thanks for all the info guys...one issue is a collapsed lifter from comp...new one is one the way...after i get it replaced ill set the timing and mess with the carb..change the plugs out...ive driven the car about 10 miles since breakin..lol gonna use the advice from you guys...much appreciated

i went .028 on the top ring...i took the pistons to the machine when i had it bored..not sure on the skirt clearance..and it runs about 165-170 degrees..new aluminum radiator...dot to dot

i have a 74 dart..slt 6 drum brakes...Ive built a e58 360 to go in it..also have a k frame and disc brake set up off a 72 duster minus the steering box and center link..i order a pittman arm,idler arm and all tie rod ends for a 72 duster...i have a mess...the pittman arm doesnt fit the manual...

ive already found a 72 front clip

street car...323 gears... torqueflight..willing to do aluminum heads on the 413..excellent bore and will build ok with the stock bore and pistons

just want a good streetable strong car...360 has kb 107's and a new cast crank...i could go 202 intakes in the stock heads with a decent cam and intake...or a decent cam in the 413 with my 906's and a good intake..headers for either one...about 3500-4500 on the budget

cleaning out my parts building and found a bellhousing and 3 speed trans for a big block my buddy who passed away gave me many years ago..the bellhousing is 2468370..65 model B&C or 67 and up a body...the trans is a 3 speed for a 75-78 truck..he machined the bellhousing for the big 4.807 bearing...

yea..the roof rail seals are junk...the seals around the door worked ok though

well guys..i learned a lesson...i pulled the cluster,inspected the wiring harness,everything looked fine..all lights including the turnsignals and dimmer light worked on the car before i rebuilt the dash..ive had the car 7 years...pulled the light sockets and leds,checked them,they all...

i had the battery,gauges and all out,only welded in the footwells...and i put the ground wire back from the column...

I'm building my 74 dart swinger..all lights,gauges and signal indicators and switch worked fine..i removed the cluster and painted it and installed leds bulbs...put in a new dash pad..changed the dash from green to black..put the column back in place...now the lights work except for the turn...

I ordered a 6 piece set from ebay,description said they fit my 74 dart,but they are too small to go on the studs
