Fans are both 10 inch Spal fans with separate relay for each and the shroud is custom built and fitted by a local machine shop. Have zero issues now with this setup.

Hot days it runs 210 and under no problem. Cool days it runs 180 and under.

Its a 4 row champion radiator.

Elevation where I live is 4000 plus and snows sometimes in winter.

Finally had 2 spal fans, 2 spaw relays, and went with 50% antifreeze 50% distilled water with a bottle of water wetter. Can seems to be running cooler ran around 210 out here in Cali while its 99 degrees outside right now.

What do you recommend I'm all ears.

Well I changed out the water pump to a high flow, have a champion 2 row radiator, and 3000 CFM flex a lite fan. So I will see how it goes when I install everything over this weekend.

My 4 row radiator is 3 inches thick. I kept the car running right now its about 98 degrees outside no sun but temp just kept slowly climbing even with the fan on. So might have to swap the radiators like you said for a 2 or 3 row radiator and get better dual fans

Haven't let it sit in this heat as it was running hot when I was driving it, but I will let it sit for a while and see how it does.

Any options that you might know of that has 2 smaller fans? When its hot out and my drive is climbing a hill it starts to run hot around 215-220 ish then starts to cool down once I level out runs around 200-210.
