    this site is a wealth of assistance and creative genius... I've found that the proportioning valve is different from drum to disc... and that this might be the root of my problem., so, in theory...this might be easier than I thought. Any corroboration would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, again!

And a couple of years ago...while I was away for a few months for work...a High School Auto Shop...

    and... let us know how that 500cfm carb works for you...I wanted to go bigger than my 390, but I let myself get talked out of it far too easily. That thing looks great, and I rarely get six envy.

    The Offy's great...I've got one in my /6 with the Holley 390, and it runs great...but you should also check out the Clifford. Supposedly it has better flow.
