My old 70 340 Duster had 3/4" on it. Wasn't factory, but everyone was putting them on in the 70's

Update Checked everything, only possible solution is to change the torsion bars, left side looks to be weak. What are your thoughts on Mancini Racing bars, any of you tried them, hate to put a used set in the car.

Thanks for all the information guys. This is the way I bought the car, so everything said here will be looked over tonight after I get off work, I will post my findings later this week. Didn't think they could be clocked wrong, but never hurts to ask.

Is it possible to have clocking wrong on front torsion bars? Car has one adjusting bolt run all the way in, the other side almost all the way out.

If you do fix it, it will always be on your mind every time you turn the key. Trust me I've been there.

Use one of these every day, they don't last forever. Store it a zip lock baggie for longer life.

Had a set on 70 340 Duster back in the 70s early 80s, looked fantastic but quite the death trap in the rain. Probably missed a bullet or two with them.

Anybody out there running 15 inch by 8 inch wheel with 4.625 back spacing on stock 8.75 rear end, if so what size tire. My car is a 72 340 Demon

How much do you need for them?

Anybody out there selling stock upper control arms for 72 Demon with factory disc brakes. Afraid I'm going to ruin mine getting the cam bolts out of them.

Update, yes it was run 2 wire which is a brown wire on my car. Wire was old and brittle, wiggled it and started like normal so I replaced it with new. Got to looking and there is several wires I may want to replace. I don't know much about the car, I bought it , loaded it on the trailer then off...

Recently put on all new exhuast, I think I might have knocked a wire off or loosened one. Now won't start until key is returned to run position. Any ideas where to start looking? Thanks in advance.
