Cleaning out the bottom of the MOPAR box, found this metal bracket thingie with a zip-tie clasp and the teeth/shape reminded me of one of my mystery tools. What do you think? Also, what the hell is the bracket for?

Wow, that was quick! Here's another angle- note the rotary wear pattern on the left side of the Vixen, also the similar pattern on the right side of the "R. L. Day Los Angeles" tool beneath it. I thought it looked like the Day tool was being used to loosen/tighten something threaded. I guess...
