I found this set up that I can buy for under $300. But it has a 570 DP. This 570 may be a bit small?

I do plan on more upgrades as I go. I have a BBody big block 440, so not looking to totally loose my fuel mileage, but I thought the carb and intake was a good place to start. It’s currently a 2bbl.

You don’t think 750 is too much carb?

I agree, I have had way better luck with Edelbrock these days. There are still many Holley ride or die people out there. Thought I might be missing something!

I bought it from third owner. Spent its life in SC. The .318 Just turned 100k all original ( top replaced, repainted) but kept to factory colors. It was a “ spring sport special” E8 code car. Super clean…
