There's not much special about assembling a slant six.... Maybe in the porting and cam choice, but not in the machine machine work or assembly.

Is there supposed to be seam sealer between the fenders and the inner fenders on my '64 Valiant? I don't recall seeing any when I took it apart, but it seems odd that there would not be.

TDC mark on the damper is the same 67 and back. Also same 68 and newer.

Also if you got a parts store rebuild who knows what pulley is on it. I got one with a huge pulley compared to the one that was on my car. Swapped pulleys and low RPM output was much better.
