I’ve been around bearing a long time. Pretty easy to spot wear and defects. If kept as a pair early with the race....that’s important as they bed in. I’d rather reuse good bearings than replace with cheap bearings

Now; don't laugh, this is a serious question! MOST new bearings are junk from either China or anywhere else. GOOD original Bower/BCA bearings are available...but very expensive. For example, a single A-2 bearing is $25 on Amazon. I have save 10-20 sets of wheel bearings. keeping race and...
