Yes they are pictured in the thread. the "base" is the moulding that the top "gt flag" sits in and the moulding runs down the fender about maybe 8" correct?

These are the flags that mount to the front fenders on a 65-66 dart GT with the the bases they fit on...VGC...$100 shipped to the 48 states..pm me... located in Davenport, Fl. thanks, John
