    I may be wrong but i believe that Dart/Duster didnt have the 8.25 till 1973. Also the 8.25 is big bolt pattern. The rear could be a transplant.

    Ok so I have this complete A Body 8 3/4 drum to drum SBP. What would be the best way to put this rear end into the 74. The car currently has a 8 1/4 BBP. Can't find a A Body 8 1/4 with a sure grip.

    I had a 72 dart 318 3 spd and changed it to a 340 4 spd, same z bar used.
