Actually on a second thought the car with the most rust would be the best project for you and your son. A few years ago when I was just learning bodywork i bought a 69 riv, and with those BIG panels i'm now pretty good at bodywork!

Do you have the graduated license program down there? Like the L and the N's? Up here its 1 year with your L, which means you have to drive with someone over 25. Then once you pass a test you can go for your N, which means you can drive by yourself, but with one passenger for 2 years. In 16 and...
