    2.76 8.75 Sure Grip pumpkin

Very true, my 68 fury had a factory clutch sure grip 742 with 2.76s. I promptly replaced that with a spare 2.94 open and the centersection is now in my dart.

    Restore or Restomod

Restomod, I appreciate restored cars, but not enough to own one. I'll vote for the 5.7 as well, the best thing I've done to old cars is put newer injected engines in them. I actually enjoy and drive my old cars now, lol!

Beautiful! Are those the 17x7 lx wheels? If so, did you have to use spacers or any mods to get them to fit? I'm looking for a cheap 17 for autocross wheels, tire selection in 15" is dismal.

I definitely have traction problems! I have a 3" relocation kit on the shelf, but I'm trying to enjoy the car for a bit before I tear it down again. Its fun for now, but I haven't seen its potential, spinnin ain't winnin, lol! :headbang:

Wish you had your high school car back?

My first was a '79 Volare coupe with a slant, I painted it red with cragars, then traded it to my sister for my first love...70 Belvedere four door slant. Every once in a while I wish for the Volare, then I remember what a pos it was! I put big blocks in the belvedere, blew them up, and...

    Anybody recognize this dart?

That's me, lol! My kid was the blonde haired boy getting stickers shortly after that, those guys are as cool as they are in the show. Glad we got to meet them, and I thought it was pretty sweet to get in the show!

    Mopar Nationals or Bust!!

Moved right in the middle of my dart build, set it back a bit, but it's better when you get there! No worries on the nats, it happens every year!

Paint Engine Or Match To Car?

My vote is for paint, my car is red oxide scabbed together outside, but the engine and engine bay is painted and it's cool to pop the hood and see the diamond in the rough!

    383 or 5.7 hemi

I love my hemi swap, wouldn't do my car any other way. But my car was a pos. If you are resourceful, you can make the hemi affordable, but it does cost money and take some patience to do it economically. On a nice original car I would say big block because there is a lot of "massaging" to get...

    93 Ramcharger suddenly died

Still could be the crank sensor, if it doesn't have a bad circuit it will not necessarily give a trouble code, just not see rpm. If you have any way to check for rpm with a scan tool would be the easiest way, but seeing if the injectors are firing with a noid light (<$20) is another. It still...
