Cheap and easy fix that got my wagon up and running again!

Just checked with the local dealer, the gasket is still available, went ahead and ordered one for a spare. Dealer wasn't sure how much longer they will be available. The quick fix still got me out of a bind!

Cheap and easy fix that got my wagon up and running again!

After driving my Valiant wagon home the other night, I found it was leaking fuel from the sending unit in the front of the gas tank. I pulled it apart and found the sending unit gasket had seen its last day of usefullness. After an unsuccessful trip to the Oreilly's down the street for some...

Any thoughts on what my Demon might be worth?

I have a 1971 Demon Sizzler. It is a roller, no motor or transmission (was a 318/auto), and is a full project. It has minimal rust (has a spot under the battery). The car is very straight, all glass is good as well as the grill and tail lights. It was B5 blue from the factory (have not seen any...

    1971 Demon Sizzler

Will probably be parked for a while, I want to get the Valiant Wagon worked over a little first. I like the "patina" of the finish on the wagon, my wife is not quite on the same page.

    1971 Demon Sizzler

Here are a couple of pictures, not a thing of beauty, but has potential. Still has the rubber bumpers between the rear bumper and the quarter panels. Has a good grill and decent tail lights, all glass is useable.

    1971 Demon Sizzler

Has anyone run across a Demon Sizzler in B5 blue? It seems they were more common in yellow and orange, I never have seen a blue one. The link to the ad posted earlier did not even list blue as an option. I did run the fender tag, all of the info is correct.

    1971 Demon Sizzler

All were either 6 cyl. or 318. Was the low cost insurance sport option of the 340 Demon, they looked very similar, just did not have the horsepower options. She's not much to look at, original paint has primer over it from a previous owner, I'll try and post a picture or 2 tomorrow.

Best sealer for steel shim head gasket

I have had great luck with Copper Coat, I used it on a big block I had in an old Coronet. I have seen people use spray paint as mentioned in an earlier reply.

    1971 Demon Sizzler

Hello all, I'm new to the site. I picked up a '71 Demon Sizzler earlier this year. The car is B5 blue w/white stripes, 318/auto, full project but very straight. Motor and trans are gone. Does anyone have somewhat accurate production numbers for these? I've seen a full range of production...
