The wife bought a 2008 Tarus which has turned out to be a fabulous car. Its roomy enough that 6'5" bigslim is comfortable driving and riding for extended periods. Gas mileage not to bad as long as you don't lean on to hard. It'll haul *** if you want to but its gonna cost you.

I don't think its worth pullin the dash unless you're gonna take it out for some other reason. However I do like to take the column out of the car. seems to make it easier, less "stuff" in the way not only when you put the pedals in but you are also going to have a fair bit of cutting, grinding...

Smallblock, We mix about 30% ground pork with our ground deer as well. Kids would rather have deer/pork burgers than regular hamburgers any day. Summer sausage sound great its been a while since I had any.
