Made mine outta 1/8" Luann plywood,then cut a Mopar Emblem out of 1/4" luann,glued that to the first one.I'm going to cover mine in light weight black vinyl,but you could use any material you want,I chose vinyl for easy cleaning purposes,Good Luck
