Sorry not a Mopar, some help will be much appreciated.

I have a 1989 Chevy Silverado V8 5.0L, K1500 fleetside, 2wd, auto, w/o air conditioning. When the blower motor switch is turned on it doesn't work on any mode (low, medium, high) it also blows the 25amp fuse everytime the switch is activated, should I start with the blower switch or the resistor...

Due to modification, I've tried to cover all heat related areas during this build, new three core rad, high flow Milodon water pump, heavy duty oil cooler and heavy duty tranny cooler. When Is Hot Too Hot?

Also some help to clarify, does a modified street engine run a bit hotter then a 100% stock engine, slantsixdan has already expressed his opinion about this, just curious on other members thoughts on this. Just trying to determine that maybe a car with headers and some engine modification will...

    When Is Hot Too Hot?

Already have three Autometer gauges mounted under the dash and another in the center of dash, running short on places to put another gauge. Car does run hotter on humid days and also in stop and go traffic. On days with less humidity the needle will sit a notch back towards the C. The...

    When Is Hot Too Hot?

Thanks Dan, I should be good then considering the radiator is new. I will assume the last line just before the H on the gauge would be considered, pull your car over to the side of the road as soon as possible.

    When Is Hot Too Hot?

I took my car (68 Barracuda 340) out for a drive yesterday, the temperature here in Toronto Ontario Canada with humidity was around 95F. I have various gauges in the car, some are factory and others are Autometer, out of habit I always check my gauges, which I'm sure most others on here do...

    Coolant Overflow Reservoir

I have a 68 Barracuda 340 which I installed a coolant overflow reservoir, to help recover some of the coolant and not lose it on the ground. But even with the reservoir its still unloading coolant on the floor, why? is this normal, what is causing this.

    Stainless overflow tank

Hi Saetun, I have one installed on my 68 Barracuda 340, I mounted it directly beside the rad, out of the way. I didn't want it to be taller or stick out past the rad, so I went with one that's 2"x15" 24oz. It looks good, doesn't take up excessive room and it does what it suppose to. Make sure...

What is the correct radiator size?

    Hi, can someone please give me some insight, what size rad normally goes into a 68 Barracuda V8? Is it 22" x 17 1/2" or 22" x 17 1/4". I'm hoping its the 22 x 17 1/2.

cast iron water pump vs aluminum pump

Useless his 65 Dart is more track then street, then obviously if he want's major flow, then put an expensive electric water pump on it. Milodon doesn't claim huge increase in flow, but a 20-25% over the original which is better then a kick in the ***. For people with a car that's more street...

    Radiator and fan shroud info

Hi Eddie,I have a radiator core without the tanks in front of me that came out of an early model 340 Dart and its 22" across and 18" high, its a 3 core, but I'm not a Dart owner. S.B Radiator Fan Shroud

    S.B Radiator Fan Shroud

The radiator part number is #2785965, its a three core rad, it came out of a 340 Dart. Its possible this rad never can with the shroud in the first place.
