hello, just last week i fitted a new ali pump/housing to my 440ci,put new stainless bolts to hold pump to housing and it leaked thro the bolts,drained down, dried out, bolts refitted with sealant,seems to have sorted.

hello, cheers for reply, have since purchesed new gaskets and all put together, have weep coming thro bolts from waterpump to pump housing, bit odd:cry:used new gasket supplied and only change was i bought stainless bolts same 3/8 thread/length and tightened up tite, bit weird.

hello, have just recieved my new ali waterpump from across the pond,well happy with quality etc,came with pump to housing gasket,swan neck gasket.....now i dont want to sound a spaz #-o but do you fit one between pump and block or silicone etc? in uk its termed face to face. cheers in advance...

cheers for reply, so water stays in rad longer allowing to cool.........im my ignorance im going of the the quicker you gettit in the quicker you gettit out faster faster principle...car always runs hot and the weather here in uk really poo and not warrent it running hot lol

hello, i have a spal puller fan, its serial/model no etc indicated it a puller on spal website,<bought off egay>generally blades are fashoned to work as puller of pusher and changing polarity will change fan direction but i think they more efficent running the way intended,i could be wrong tho!

mine a 440ci in A body so space i have litttle! i had a crap elec temp guage that has since gone in bin as gone capillary guages so will let you know,do you have stock cast water pump/housing? mine is, dont know if worth upgrading for better circulation and lighten my front end a little?

hi, its a puller, 45mm thickest part on blade housing 70mm fan motor, will get a serial no and piccy tomorrow, i bought it off egay, the guy listed it with model no, cross referance that against spal website, gives you technical info,cfm,and importantally dimensions. if the number is followed by...

i have a spal puller as space is limited, you can reverse polarity but not run as efficently,some you can reverse the blades.i bought a bling one off ebay and its utter poo:bootysha: the spal i can put a metal no plate infront of rad and the "sucker" holds it right there!:cheers:
