First thing I used to do was get rid of the stock mufflers and manifolds, add headers and thrush mufflers. That is the sound I remember best.

Back in the day the first thing we did was put on headers to help the high revving 340 breathe easier.

Craig, just bought a set of TTI for my dart. They are the best fitting I have seen of all the cars I have looked at. I bought them on here from a guy in Stratford. Your stroker will breathe a lot better than the stock manifolds with headers and you will notice the extra ponies.

I just bought tti, going to install them this winter.

Only suited for a TA or AAR, not for an a body. JMO

What I always looked for to see if it was a 340 back in the day
