I have a TRW power steering pump in my car with a vented cap, when the car is cold where should the fluid level be inside the reservoir? At the moment the level sits right where the neck starts.

Should the inside of the frame rails be sprayed with something to help protect the metal on ones classic car? (Rust Check, Crown Rust, Eastwood internal frame coating?) what have you guys done or used or recommend?

Why not wait and just weld them in, why put holes in you frame if you really don't have to, my 2 cents.

There has been a few threads about Bilstein and Hotchkis shocks on here, is there anyone one running QA1 shocks on their car? if yes, thoughts on ride and handling would great and are these shocks worth the money considering they are very expensive. Thanks

Doesn't the car also require a front end wheel alignment afterwards once the torsion bars have been disturbed or adjusted.

I suggest weld in the frame connectors, provides better strength and do you really want to drill into your frame. The frame is what supports the whole structural integrity of the car, so why breach it with holes.

Fabricating your own is the best way to go, store bought connectors tend to have weak areas or points on them that can be a problematic down the road or especially for a car that is constantly on the track. If you see what mopardude has done, he obviously is not screwing around, right way to go...

Does anyone know if there's a company that offers a rear sway bar for a 68 Barracuda where all the attaching components for the bar are made from Stainless Steel and not Cadmium Plated.

Is a TRW and Thompson the same power steering pump, if not which one would be the more likely one to be found in a 68 Barracuda with a V8. I don't understand why Chrysler just couldn't run the same pump and pressure line for all three years 67,68,69. This would be less confusing for everbody...
