Does the hot that runs to the sending unit have constant power or is it supposed to be on, off, on, off? I hooked up a test light and it beeps and flashes instead of being constant.

Still nothing. I tried grounding the sending unit with a wire and bypassing the fuel line. I moved the ground strap to multiple places and made sure it had good connection. Im confused on where to take the meter readings.

I connected it between the two lines last night but still having an issue. Im going to go out and check to make sure the metal line is attached to the frame somewhere or if its just zip tied down through there.

What if the ohms are reading different? What does that tell me?
