    Can copper be used for fuel line?

    I discussed this with my buddy after posting earlier, who is also a mechanic of 30 yrs, and he used alot off copper for fuel lines and says hes never seen one break from vibration,hardening,etc.. of course we use it here for the corrosion resistance more than ease of installation

    cant get bolts in intake

    need to mill the intake or intake side of the heads....if you just had this done, a good machine shop would have milled the intake side the correct amount without question If the holes dont line up, neither do the ports

    I have copper fuel line on my Duster...no problems...not to say failure is not possible, but i have worked as a mechanic for 10+ years and used alot of copper and ive never seen it break due to vibration or age...I have seen it chaffed through, but ive seen steel chaffed thorugh too...my buddy...

    I put a 625 cfm carter afb on my 340 and it worked better than the holleys ive had and i dont have to fiddle with it to make it work good..id go with the edelbrock in a smaller cfm... hi cfms are highly overrated unless you got a monster engine

    "fuel was dripping into the carb from the jets" what do you mean by that statement..you cant see the jets without taking the carb apart

    The stud on the sending unit HAS to be isolated from the rest of the sending unit(-) sounds like they have NO clue what they are doing at that shop buy a new unit

    Weiand Warning

    Bought a Weiand Stealth intake a while back...when I installed it i noticed something was wrong when bolting it down...It seems there was too much removed from the intake gasket faces and it was trying to pull the manifold down to meet the heads when tightening the intake bolts...also the bosses...
