I have a 67 2dr. Valiant sedan with new window gaskets but need the lock strips for front windshield and rear window. Who sells them? I saw a few on Ebay but they look like they're for the dart/cuda 67's.....Layson's have em?

67 Valiant...i noticed the other day checking some things on the car that with the lock button down on the passenger door, the door still opens from the outside. I'm sure this is a common thing with these old dinosaurs.

Need some help with the trim on my valiant. The PO took the trim off to replace the window seals but never installed it back. My question is what is needed to do this? i have the trim pieces obviously.....are there special clips needed?

So i'm about to replace the outside door handles and driver's side mirror on my 67 valiant. I have the mirror and door handles. Will i need anything else for this install? door panel clips? or will i be able to use the factory ones? thanks

ok so i'm good with the license plate light, took it off and cleaned everything, mounted it back, just need to figure out the mount on the license plate itself......all the pics of valiant bumpers i'm seeing, they all look the same but i don't see a bracket anywhere.

Can someone show me the rear license plate setup on their 67 valiant? I just bought this car and it looks like its missing a bracket to mount license plate? there are no holes for the plate to mount in the top corners.....also need the location of the light, where it plugs in around the...

Anyone got opinions on repainting a 73 swinger grille? picked this one up several months ago when the one that was on the car was broken (previous owner hit a dog) all of the tabs are great, everything's intact, but its got a dirty look to it, some of the grille is faded and almost black...

Ok had my dad come over and we tackled it, moved the arms around to find the correct position, got the bushings from Napa, pressed em in, and was able to get those on the pivot arms without too much much effort. Hope they hold, seeing as its plastic on metal lol. Time will tell. Thanks for...

any clips involved? i know when i took them out, one of them was just sitting in the dash, but i dont remember seeing any clips related to this.....

good info thanks, i guess ill crawl back under there in the am and see how it looks. The bushings on the motor link, are they the same one's as the one's that connect to the pivot arms?

weird thing is i was up under there earlier this afternoon and i could only feel/see 1, i was thinking that as well that there should be two.....

ok so the short pivot arm goes from the wiper motor to the driver's side pivot behind the cluster? then the long pivot arm goes from the pass side pivot to the driver's side pivot? next question is this: the driver's side pivot only has one ball for the bushing to go on, isn't it supposed to...

Ok so i've finally decided to tackle the dreaded wiper arm bushings. When i bought the car last Sept. only one worked, took the motor off and noticed the bushings were toast. I then took the pivot arms out, problem is i forgot how they go back in??? I have the straight one that has R and L...

I can't seem to find any parts to finish bolting my spare tire down so i'm thinking to doing something custom with parts from the hardware store....can someone show me a few good pics of the factory spare tire setup with nut, bolt, hold down etc?? thanks
