    Plastic Welding

If you go the plastic welder route, it usually works best if you can use pieces of the same material you are welding, low temp hot enough to just melt it, v grind cracks..go slow and fill from both sides if possible. Cooling the repair fast (if its welded properly) can make the plastic harder...

Front and rear windshield pinch weld

Greed, it would be expensive due to the metal fabrication required, and imo would not look as good as a 68/up rubber and stainless moulding which is the route im going with my 67. Either way good luck to you.

stinger(aar)fiberglass six pack hood 67 dart

I installed my hood using springs off of a 98 jeep grand cherokee, the tension is perfect. I was hoping for it to be a little on the weak side and it is. If a hard gust of wind hit it while up, it would easily move it. It has very little tension on it closed and will help it last a long...

The method i use takes a little longer but i use it for 100% penetration (looks like a bead on both sides), and to eliminate burn through which causes more work etc. I run my welder a...

    Looking for opinions

Im thinking about eliminating the 'DART' letters on the quarters of my 67 and going with a deck stripe. I have a aar six pack hood that will be black, i was just thinking that it will look better with a deck stripe, tell me what you think, and if you think stripe, which one, thanks!
