I think you would install larger glass, installed like modern windshields, no gaskets, just urethane.

I found some at tractor supply, I believe they are 1/2".

I used Transtar rubberized quick dry black undercoating on mine, works great, and it's paintable. It,s about $69.00 a gallon, not 2k just mix well and spray with cheap undercoat gun.....It is however, a ***** to clean up.....

It kinda does, I had to trim the pick-up tube, and the Gatorade bottle screws on, good enough...

I already have a whole gallon of undercoating, just need to find a bottle, the only ones the local paint stores sell do not fit this gun..... Guess I will send gun back, nothing seems to fit...

Probably stupid question, but maybe someone on here knows. I bought an ABN undercoating gun to do the underside of my Duster, didn't come with a canister. Cannot seem to find any that fit, got a nice metal one from local paint store, neck to big. Everyone on internet says use Home depot spray...

I did the extensions on my Duster I ended up buying new brackets instead of re-using mine

Jpar I thought about this,and the way the windows attach to the regulators is different 73 glass,wont work with the early or later regulators, but you can swap all the internals into the doors

Yes but I think all the mounting holes are all there,cuz I put my 73 mechanism into a 75 door

I believe the structures are the sme,73 window regulator mechanism is different. I put 73 regulators into 75 door shells with no problems

Go through small round hole in door,loosen small allen head bolt. Pain in the ***, mine had same problem,after installation of new locks/handles. After I loosened the allen bolt,mine kinda slid over, and solved itself.

Mine (73) was leaded also, I used a propane torch,and wire brush to melt away lead,and then ground off remaining lead to clean it up
