The oval stem hole is 1 1/8 x 3/4'' for the lone trim ring and 1 x 3/4'' on the other three. All of the rings have a little lip for the stem hole. Is the inner most portion of the trim ring supposed to have a lip or should it be smooth?

All I can say is that it is hard to measure a wheel while it is on the car and has a tire on it. If there never was a 14x6 rally wheel than I must have the 14 x 5.5 wheel. Thank you for the lesson mark.
