    A Body WAGONS-Ho! A body Wagon Thread

The rears are 225/70-14's the fronts 215/70-14's. The fronts were a tight squeeze, I had to slightly roll the front of the wheel openings so the tires would not hit while turning. The wheels are 7 or 8 inches wide.

    Valiant wagon gas cap

From what I have been reading I thought they were specific to the wagon. I'll look into finding one to fit those years.

    Valiant wagon gas cap

I am looking for a gas cap for my 1965 Plymouth Valiant wagon. The local parts stores do not list them any longer. Any thoughts?

Late model exhaust manifolds in an early A-body

What is outlet i.d. on the c-body manifolds?

Late model exhaust manifolds in an early A-body

I did consider mounting them exiting forward (briefly), but they went on pretty easy exiting back. Would have looked pretty strange too.

Late model exhaust manifolds in an early A-body

I picked mine up at a local wrecking yard, ran me about $45.00 for the pair (I got lucky). Been keeping an eye out for more, will post if I find any.

Late model exhaust manifolds in an early A-body

I thought about that (milling the manifold). I think you could safely take about 1/8" off of it. Would gain a little more clearance that way. If I do another one, will probably do this.

Late model exhaust manifolds in an early A-body

No modifications were needed on the passenger side motor mount.

Late model exhaust manifolds in an early A-body

Just got done installing exhaust manifolds from a 1992 Dakota into my 1965 Valiant wagon. I did have to do a little "massaging" on the drivers side manifold (as seen in the first picture). I did install the manifolds after the motor was installed, you will need to use bolts only (no studs) to...

    Oil pan early SB A-Body

I posted this question in the small block tech area, probably should have posted it here in the first place. Will the early (pre-67) and late (67-later) model a-body small block oil pans interchange chassis wise? I'm planning on putting an early 70's 318 in my 65 Valiant wagon this winter...

    A Body WAGONS-Ho! A body Wagon Thread

Here is my wagon at the local track at a recent club race. Yes it is slow, but has character. Hope to get some rally rims on it as soon as I find 2 more center caps. Planning on pulling the 273 this winter and replace it with a slightly warmed over 318. Already figuring on changing the rear end...
